We’re Changing How We Collect Signatures—Here’s Why It Matters

First off, thank you. The outpouring of support for Kaylynne and her family has been incredible, and your signatures and donations mean more than we can say.

Many of our friends and supporters have unknowingly donated to Change.org while signing our petition, believing the funds would go directly to the family. While Change.org offers valuable visibility for petitions, donations made through their site support their platform—not the family.

To avoid further confusion and remain fully transparent, we are now collecting petition signatures directly on our website. Once collected, we will upload all verified signatures to Change.org ourselves to ensure every voice is counted. You will receive a confirmation email directly from change.org within 48 hours confirming your signature has been loaded.

You can still sign directly on Change.org if you prefer. Just know that donations made there support the platform, not the family.

Thank you for standing with us—for your voice, your support, and your care.
